Competitive starting pay, steady schedule, part-time and full-time hours, no micromanaging, simple promotion and rank structure, and NO Bars, No Clubs, No forced OT, No Doubles, and NO BS. We give you your schedule for the ENTIRE Service Agreement and place you as our eyes and ears exclusively based on Partnership Post Orders. We know how important family time is: so no surprises.
Our Unarmed Security Personnel MUST have a background in mixed martial arts and undergo THE SAME 106 Hours of Training that our Level III Officers do.
Our Personnel must be willing to undergo Academy Training covering over 100 hours of Law, Threat Mitigation, Scenarios, Defensive Tactics, and three firearm proficiency exams, not including safety proficiency training and a 90 Day Probationary Period.
We do not have a rapid-hire process. Our Clients deserve a consistent face to see every day. Because of this we do not have the revolving door of guards plaguing other companies. If we are not currently hiring it is because we have all sites covered and no new Partners to place you with. Your application request will be kept on file and we will still notify you.
We are a Veteran STAFFING Organization. We offer placement to all Veterans with good records and the dedication to continue serving their community. However, our training and protocols are strict. We ensure on time every time with absolute proficiency.
Patrol
Partnerships across the state rely heavily on mobility. If our upper management and our Veterans can't get there in a moment's notice, what are you paying for?
We staff and train Veterans to fulfill Patrol needs for HOA's, off hours security, alarm response, and more. Every Vehicle is GPS monitored 24/7, speed monitored follows exact patrol guidelines and we provide PROOF of our visibility with Partner-viewable tracking, reporting, direct communication to Upper Management, Board Members, Dispatch, and Officers in the Field.

Dispatch
"Project 25 Alpha" gives laptops, phones, and training to disabled Veterans where they remotely view EVERY report Officers submit, EVERY site Officers report to, answer EVERY call for assistance, response, en route calls, and emergencies, and track EVERY Officer in the field, across EVERY Private Security Firm we partner with.
We do NOT poach "Clients" or "Guards". We take the weight off their shoulders with scheduling, monitoring, and reports, show your Clients proof of your Officer's work, and provide your security insurance provider with the peace of mind that everything you do is stabilized by 24/7 support.
Being a Non-Profit also means utilizing our services is a tax write off for you and gives staffing to Veterans in your community. It's a win for everyone, including the Guards you have in the field and the lower insurance you pay while we watch over your property and its assets.
