Origins & Mission

2003, retired Green Beret David Baldridge and his wife Renee had a vision for a security company where Veterans and first responders could find additional work serving their community in a setting where they could be treated like family; not micromanaged, overworked, or underappreciated.

David and Renee decided to form a company that would bring together Veterans and First Responders.  WarEagle Enterprises was born with the name taking their Cherokee heritage and passion for community action. Their long-term vision included setting up a training facility with fitness, counseling, and a non-profit that would eventually blend Patriotic values with community needs.

2010, their daughter, Brittany Baldridge, took the reins and streamlined her parents' company into a modern, exclusive service, WarEagle Security Services, where only the highest trained applicants would be selected for contracts ranging from small business offices to multimillion dollar contracts. While running the company she joined the military, sharing the same creed and commitment as her Father and the hundreds of Veterans employed by her Family's company throughout the years.

Her goal was to support her employees by taking a minimal salary, sometimes not paying herself at all, and give what billable rates would allow to her employees and their family. This included assistance with food, vehicle maintenance, and regularly checking up on the Veterans in the field to show her support for their service. 

2023: A new look for a new decade of service

2 decades of dedication by the Baldridge Family to the Veterans and City of San Antonio.  With this celebration came a new look, new uniforms for our Officers, and new social media presence to highlight the over 1000 Veterans they received employment throughout the years.

The LOGO:
Hand sketched by Operations Manager and former LEO Brian Rokosz, and brought to life by Veteran small business artists, the new WarEagle design emphasizes that we were the only 100% Female Veteran Owned security firm, with a banner just below the sweeping wings of a beautifully powerful eagle.  The shield was the Baldridge Family Crest, with 12 stars representing the previous 12 years of Female Veteran Ownership and 3 arrows closing out the bottom of the crest representing her and her parents while tying into the Cherokee heritage of her father's Native American name, "WarEagle," along with flags of the United States and Texas.

2024 In January of 2024 WarEagle CEO Brittany Baldridge and Operations Manager Brian Rokosz decided to change the entire way security was hired, trained, staffed, viewed, and contracted.  With a lifetime of service and dedication to the Veteran community, Ms. Baldridge decided to go against the system and make her 15 year, for profit LLC into the Nation's first Non Profit Security Organization.  The process involved lawyers, Veteran non profit assistance, Veteran Business consultants, IRS, DPS, and the State of Texas. Up until this point Private Security was not allowed to operate in the "non profit space" due to services, contracts, account set up, and private security law. After over 1.5 years of fighting, WarEagle Security Services: A Veteran Non-Profit Security Staffing Organization, was accepted by the State of Texas, Registered through DPS, and approved with our EIN by the IRS. 

2025: Board Members of WarEagle convene and adapt Bylaws to ensure 501c3 compliance:  All contracts were adapted to Service Agreements and separate agreements are signed by Veterans staffed to fulfill those service agreements. In a 1:1 pairing Veterans are trained, staffed, insured, and supported throughout their time working 1 site for 1 Client.  Revenue generated from the agreements goes to the Veterans they staff, insurance, and local Veteran Organizations.  Any excess revenue is given back to our Partners as credit for future service agreements or donated to the Veterans we support. 

Future: Our Mission is simple: Support Veterans and the Veteran community by staffing dedicated, highly motivated and trained professionals with partners that respect them and show their support. WarEagle staffs Patrol and Officer positions with Family-focused and community oriented businesses and organizations like San Antonio River Authority, Texas Military Department, HOAs, Churches, Universities, Medical Clinics, and more.   

We hire specific to site, specific to agreement, without movement or relocation.  Simply put, we do not have 150 guards, treated as numbers, driving all over the map, with mediocre training, minimal oversight, late, sloppy, lazy, distracted, and poorly managed.  We have a select few, staffed at Partner locations based on contract needs, building rapport, earning trust, and developing community relationships with the highest levels of training, impeccable service records and previous experience; with the professionalism to be welcoming while remaining vigilant.

• Project 25 Alpha. Disabled Veterans working security as Dispatch and Report Management for security firms. We can monitor, track, call, dispatch, assist, and report on YOUR Officers in the field, taking the stress off your organization without risk of poaching clients or personnel.
