Join Our Armed and Unarmed Security Service
Competitive starting pay, steady schedule, part-time and full-time hours, no micromanaging, simple promotion and rank structure, and NO Bars, No Clubs, No forced OT, No Doubles, and NO BS. We give you your schedule for the MONTH because we know how important family time is.
Our Unarmed Security Personnel MUST have a background in mixed martial arts and undergo additional hours of de-escalation training.
Our Armed Security Personnel applicants must be willing to undergo our in-house Academy Training covering over 100 hours of Law, Threat Mitigation, Scenarios, Defensive Tactics, and three firearm proficiency exams, not including safety proficiency training and a 90 Day Probationary Period.
All Executive Protection applicants must show proof of prior protective work, whether in the military, contract, or Texas Private Security. All Executive Protection agents will go through WarEagle Academy Training and firearms proficiency and de-escalation training and work sites as Level III uniformed security prior to allowing them to represent us in the field.
We do not have a rapid-hire process. Our Clients deserve a consistent face to see every day. Because of this we do not have the revolving door of guards plaguing other companies. If we are not currently hiring it is because we have all sites covered and no new Clients to place you. Your application request will be kept on file and we will still notify you.
Notary Service
Our Notary service is not like the others. We employ and train Armed Security to provide protection during notary needs. "Bobs Gold Star Notary" may show up on time in a 15 year old Toyota and a stamp. We show up in full uniform, armed, licensed, highly trained on security and Texas Notary Law, and GPS monitored so you get timely notifications from our Security Dispatch.
This protection level is perfect for situations involving divorce or custody paperwork, assistance with REPO, selling your vehicle privately, or in any situation where you may feel uncomfortable alone.
If you are already a licensed Notary looking for representation, feel free to bring your skills and personal goals. After our Academy we will help you reach additional clients, get insured, and be backed by over two decades of Veteran ownership.
Training Academy
The WarEagle Training Academy is an entirely separate entity with absolutely ZERO references, logos, or recruiting to WarEagle Security Services.
If you are a security firm needing to send your guards through training or for their license renewal, our Instructor can provide the State Required coursework without fear of your new hire being "recruited" to your competition.
